2019 Florida Hurricane Season Public Advisory Bulletin: Tropical Storm Dorian may bring Tropical-Storm-Force-Winds to Central Florida as early as this Saturday.
On August 28th, 2019 the Nation Weather Service's (NWS) National Hurricane Center issued their 11AM update on Tropical Storm Dorian; the fourth named storm of the 2019 Florida hurricane season.

On August 8th, 2019 forecasters for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) issued a 2019 Florida hurricane season update saying "conditions are now more favorable for above-normal hurricane activity" during the 2019 Florida hurricane season.

NOAA's Climate Prediction Center issues "near-normal" prediction for 2019 Florida hurricane season.
On May 23rd, 2019 the Climate Prediction Center (CPC) for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) released their predictions for the 2019 Florida hurricane season.
CPC forecasts the 2019 Florida hurricane season as follows:
- A forty percent [40%] chance of a near-normal season
